PLACING AN ORDER

This information must be completed in order to process your order. Promotional codes can also be applied during these steps. You must register on the web-site in order to use promotional codes and receive discounts.
6. To change shipping priorities, click the appropriate link.
7. Just before placing your order, you will have a final page that includes all appropriate information for your review.
8. After reviewing and verifying that all information is correct, you may place your order!
Payment can be made by credit card, money order, check, or PayPal. There is no additional charge for using your credit card to make purchases. DELAYS & BACKORDERS
a) AnnieLeeGifts.com is dedicated to filling all orders placed as quickly as possible. In some cases, items may be delayed or backordered. You will be notified by email in the event of a delay.
b) In rare instances that AnnieLeeGifts.com is unable to ship your order within 30 days, we will automatically cancel your order and notify you by email.
a) Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Defective and damaged items must be reported to us within 3 business days. They may be returned within 14 days for a full refund or replacement. Please call us first so we can correct any problems. Please include your order number and an explanation of the defect with all returns, and let us know if you want a replacement or a refund.
b) If you return an item that is not defective because you simply no longer want the item, it must be returned within 14 days, it must be in unopened and in like-new condition. In this case, Shipping & Handling will not be refunded, and restocking fees may apply.
c) Canvas Transfers & Plaque mounts: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If they are received damaged , they will be replaced.
d) * Customers who receive the Free Shipping benefit and return the entire order will receive the invoice amount less our shipping cost as their refunded amount.
e) Refused/Undeliverable/Unclaimed Shipments
Once we receive the items back from the carrier, We will only refund the cost of the items. The shipping charge is non refundable.
* If the post office or UPS returns shipment due to the under-listed reasons, we will charge re-stocking fee
