Customer Service is our top priority. In most cases, orders will be shipped within 2 business days. Delivery time depends on shipping method chosen.Total delivery time equals processing time plus shipping time. All orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service or UPS. Small orders are shipped USPS and large orders are shipped UPS. To provide you with the best value possible, we charge shipping costs based on the total amount of your order. We also ship using the best carrier based on shipping times and value.

Due to customs delays, no refund or replacement will be issued for 30 days. If order has not arrived within 30 days, a refund or replacement will be issued.
Customs Delays - Please note that delays in Customs can drastically impact delivery times on international orders. AnnieLeeGifts.com is not responsible for customs delays and cannot predict with certainty delivery times for International Orders.
Duties & Customs Fees - Duties and Customs fees are the responsibility of the Buyer. Concerns or questions regarding these fees should be directed to your local Customs officials, as we have no knowledge or responsibility in the assignment of these fees.
DELAYS & BACKORDERS
a) AnnieLeeGifts.com is dedicated to filling all orders placed as quickly as possible. In some cases, items may be delayed or backordered. You will be notified by email in the event of a delay.
b) In rare instances that AnnieLeeGifts.com is unable to ship your order within 30 days, we will automatically cancel your order and notify you by email.
a) Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Defective and damaged items must be reported to us within 3 business days. They may be returned within 14 days for a full refund or replacement. Please call us first so we can correct any problems. Please include your order number and an explanation of the defect with all returns, and let us know if you want a replacement or a refund.
b) If you return an item that is not defective because you simply no longer want the item, it must be returned within 14 days, it must be in unopened and in like-new condition. In this case, Shipping & Handling will not be refunded, and restocking fees may apply.
c) Canvas Transfers & Plaque mounts: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If they are received damaged , they will be replaced.
d) * Customers who receive the Free Shipping benefit and return the entire order will receive the invoice amount less our shipping cost as their refunded amount.
e) Refused/Undeliverable/Unclaimed Shipments
Once we receive the items back from the carrier, We will only refund the cost of the items. The shipping charge is non refundable.
* If the post office or UPS returns shipment due to the under-listed reasons, we will charge re-stocking fee
of 10% of the total payment for purchase.
1. No one is available to sign for shipment.
2. Customer refused to accept shipment.
3. Customers address is incorrect due to the customers negligence.
